Ms. Balloutine joined Massey Quick Simon in 2018, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in office management and executive assistance in corporate, nonprofit, and financial services industries. As the executive assistant to several of the firm’s managing partners, Jackie is responsible for a full range of executive support services.
Ms. Balloutine began her career as a project manager at Sprint Corporate, responsible for the installation and upgrading of cell sites throughout the Northeast. She also served as the executive assistant to the former CEO/President of UBS PaineWebber and Chairman of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, appointed by President Bush. Jackie also served as the office administrator to one of New Jersey’s most successful 4 star restaurants, organizing all media for major television, cable, print and radio, including appearances with Jet Set Sports at four Olympic Games.
Jackie graduated Magna cum Laude, with a degree from Montclair State University in Speech Communications and minor in Pre-Law. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys working out, is an avid reader and podcast devotee, and enjoys volunteering with organizations like The Community Soup Kitchen of Morristown and NJ Heartworks. She is devoted to spending time with and raising her two very funny sons and loves time with family and friends.
Ms. Bhura joined Massey Quick Simon in April of 2019. As an Analyst on the Operations team, Shehtaj is responsible for assisting in the reconciliation of client investment statements, client performance report preparation, daily oversight of reporting and operations, and client billing.
Prior to joining Massey Quick Simon, Shehtaj worked for BridgeWater Insurance & Wealth Management Inc. in Toronto, Canada. There she gained experience servicing established clients and assisting with the planning of various aspects of their wealth including investments, insurance, philanthropy, estate and next generation education.
Shehtaj attended Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada where she graduated with a B. Comm. in Finance in the Spring of 2013. While in university, Shehtaj was a Student Ambassador, a mentor for freshman students as part of the Tri-Mentoring program, and the VP of Administration for Ryerson Women in Finance. In her free time, Shehtaj enjoys spending time with her family and friends and participating in local community events.

Infrastructure and Facilities Manager
Ms. Caruso joined the Massey Quick Simon team in June 2013. Her primary responsibilities include managing the office systems and overseeing the day to day operations, including IT, office equipment and finances. Ms. Caruso also serves as Co-Head of the Hiring Committee where she coordinates the recruitment of new team members at the firm and plays a key role in managing the interns in Massey Quick Simon’s internship program.Prior to joining Massey Quick Simon, Joyce had multiple roles at Pingry School, serving as an administrative assistant to Headmaster and assisting the Head Librarian. Joyce has a B.S. degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.In her leisure time, Joyce enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, skiing and traveling. She also volunteers her time to Habitat for Humanity and Heartworks.

Ms. Capizzi joined Massey Quick Simon in May of 2015. Brittany is a member of the Operations team. Her primary responsibilities include maintaining the CRM system, working with technology integrations, overseeing daily reports, and assisting in billing by preparing client invoices. Prior to Massey Quick Simon, Ms. Capizzi attended Rutgers University where she graduated with a B.S. While at Rutgers, she held Presidential office for Phi Alpha Delta, International Fraternity. She also acted as the Women’s Lacrosse Student Manager for the Rutgers Athletics department and a Field Manager for the Rutgers Recreation department. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active by hiking, coaching lacrosse, and participating in competitive races.

Managing Partner / Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. DeLotto joined Massey Quick Simon in April 2007 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, with primary responsibility over the areas of Finance and Operations. He also oversees human resources, legal, compliance, technology and infrastructure and, as a member of the Management Committee, contributes to the firm’s strategic direction, business development and business planning. In early 2013, Mr. DeLotto became an equity partner of Massey Quick Simon.Mr. DeLotto began his career with Fleet/Quick & Reilly as a Financial Advisor. At the Banc of America Investment Services, he managed and serviced client assets. He earned Series 7, Series 66 and New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Producer Licenses and was selected to partner with a successful team of advisors in 2005.Prior to joining Massey Quick Simon, Mr. DeLotto supervised, mentored and coached over forty financial advisors and sales assistants as a licensed market principal at Banc of America Investment Services, Inc.Mr. DeLotto has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University School of Business. He is an active member in the Morris/Somerset Chapter of the Villanova Alumni Association and was an active member of The Villanova School of Business and served as a mentor in the Commerce and Finance Counselor program. A graduate of the Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ, he currently serves on the Board of the Alumni Association and is the Co-Chair of the school’s annual fundraising effort. Mark currently sits on the Technology Advisory Board for both Pershing LLC (an affiliate of BNY Mellon) and Fortigent LLC (an affiliate of LPL Financial). Mark sits on the Board of Directors for the ARC of Morris County, an organization dedicated to people affected by intellectual and related developmental disabilities and their families in Morris County.

Ms. Giardina joined Massey Quick Simon in February of 2019, where she brings over 20 years of senior-level Executive Assistant and Office Management experience from the insurance and financial planning industries. As the Executive Assistant to Peter Simon, Ms. Giardina’s primary responsibilities include providing extensive administrative support inclusive of calendar management, scheduling, expense reporting, and a plethora of other administrative tasks.
Ms. Giardina is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania where she earned a B.S. degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Mr. Jedziniak joined Massey Quick Simon in May of 2014 as a member of the Operations team. He is responsible for daily trading activity, reconciling client statements, assisting in client reporting, cybersecurity and compliance. He was previously an intern for Massey Quick Simon. Prior to joining Massey Quick Simon, Mr. Jedziniak worked for Consolidated Chassis Management. There, he gained exposure to all levels of financial analysis and accounting. In 2017 he successfully completed the Center for Fiduciary Studies Program to earn the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation.Mr. Jedziniak graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in the spring of 2012 with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics. While at York College; Mr. Jedziniak helped to found the fraternity Kappa Delta Phi, where he served as Vice President for two years. He also was a Captain for the Relay for Life in 2010 and 2011. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and participating in sports around his community.

Director of Compliance & Operations / Principal
Mr. Pisano works as Director of Compliance & Operations. He joined Massey Quick Simon in 2016 from Dynasty Financial Partners where he served as Chief Compliance Officer of their Investment Operations and Platform. At Dynasty Mr. Pisano was responsible for Platform due diligence and was appointed CCO of the firm’s broker dealer. Prior to Dynasty, Mr. Pisano spent 3 years at HSBC in their registered investment advisor and broker dealer Compliance Department. During his tenure he served as Regulation Coordinator for the Investment Advisors Act of 1940, leading Advisory Compliance efforts in the Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Institutional Business lines. Prior to joining HSBC, Mr. Pisano held various roles in Compliance over 7 years with New York Life Insurance Company and began his career in the Branch Examination team where he conducted mock regulatory focus exams, earning his series 7, 24, and 66 licenses. In 2017 he successfully completed the Center for Fiduciary Studies Program to earn the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation.Mr. Pisano holds a BA with honors from York College of Pennsylvania and a MBA in Financial Management from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.

Ms. Rawlins joined Massey Quick Simon in September of 2018 and is a member of the Operations team. Her primary responsibilities include administrative duties for executive management, calendar management for our partners and the firm, preparing expense reports, assisting with our onboarding process, human resources task and meeting and event arrangements.
She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science minoring in Pre-Law and Criminal Justice from Montclair State University. She is currently working on her MPA with a focus in Human Resources from Rutgers University.
Prior to joining Massey Quick Simon, Ms. Rawlins served as a Manager and various roles at her alma mater such as a Resident and Service Assistant where she guided, peer mentored and hosted events for over forty freshmen women. Lynese was a member of several different on campus organizations such as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and Black Student Union, Pre-Law Society. Through her developed leadership skills, Lynese was awarded President of the Year from the student body.
In her spare time, she still maintains an active role in her sorority, volunteers in senior citizen homes and enjoys reading.
Vice President / Principal
Ms. Scioscia joined the Massey Quick Simon team in December 2011. Kylee is a member of the Operations team at Massey Quick Simon. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the reconciliation of client statements, client performance report preparation and reconciliation, preparing client invoices, tracking key company metrics and overseeing the operations of the Massey Quick Simon client access portal.Before joining Massey Quick Simon, Kylee spent two years at the Somerset Hills Country Club, where she served as professional shop manager and merchandiser. Previously, she served for five years as the retail merchandiser at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey. In her leisure time, Kylee enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
